The expert committee DKE/K 384 prepares standards for fuel cell technologies. Such technologies include, among others, stationary fuel cells, fuel cells for transport applications and portable fuel cell power systems. The standardization work focuses on the international standard series IEC 62282.
Tasks/topics of the expert committee:
- Preparation of standards for applications of fuel cell power systems as micro, stationary or portable fuel cells
- Development of safety and test requirements as well as specifications for the determination of characteristic and performance data
With your professional expertise and active collaboration in the committee DKE/K 384, you will assume an interface function between your organization/company and standardization.
Your collaboration will give you the opportunity:
- to actively participate in the standardization of fuel cell technologies
- to help promote power generation from sustainable sources
- to make your own personal and essential contribution to the field of decarbonization and integrated energy
Are you interested? We are looking forward to your involvement!
Experts of the committee DKE/K 384 benefit from a significant advance in knowledge regarding the standardization and future development of fuel cell technologies.
Benefits for your company:
- own interests and ideas can be introduced, explained and discussed
- any changes affecting requirements, e.g. for safety or interoperability, are known from an early stage
- new developments can be taken into account during the planning stage of new products and projects
You can benefit from your collaboration as follows:
- regular exchange with other experts in your professional field
- building new contacts that may lead to new ideas and joint initiatives
The technical experts of our committee are delegated by their respective expert group and thus authorised to participate in the standardization body. The number of technical experts on the committee is usually limited to 21.
